PL04 Old Mumbles Lighthouse
GB, Glamorgan, 1792
Erected on a rocky island near Swansea, the original tower had two coal braziers to distinguish itself from the nearby light at St Anne's Head. It has since been converted to electricity and now has a conventional lantern.
The model is based on drawings reconstructing the original appearance in "Lighthouses, their architecture and archeology" by Douglas B. Hague and Rosemary Christie.
