Description
King Tut and Samson were built during WWI to help move cargo round London docks and up and down the Thames. After WWI they were sold into private hands.
Thames lighters were unpowered barges used to carry cargo around the port of London and up and down the river Thames. Around 80′ (25m) long, they could carry up to 300 tons of cargo.
The model contains two tug models and two Thames lighters.
