Description
This small lighthouse stands at the entrance to ??lesund harbour on the west coast of Norway and has guided vessels to safety for over 150 years.
The light is still operational but the tower itself is now “Room 47” – as it has been converted into a bedroom for a nearby hotel. The conversion by the architects Snowhetta has fitted a bathroom on the ground floor and a bedroom on the first floor.
